Second Stop...Chattanooga Aquarium!

Right when we got into town on Tuesday night, we headed straignt for the OCEAN side of the Aquarium.

The boys loved the sting rays and could have watched them for hours! But, we didn't get brave enough to touch them!
The second exhibit was the butterfly room. The boys were amazed at how BIG the butterflies were... and mommy and daddy were, too. Ethan had a big surprise when this one landed right on his belly!
A huge wall full of fish. What more could you ask for? Both of my boys were mesmerized!
The seahorse exhibit was very fascinating as well. It is neat to see how small they can be!
Garrett is trying to explain what a Pirana is to Ethan. It was an interesting conversation.

This is the ugliest and scariest fish at this aquarium. We just stood back and imagined how awful it would be if we had those in our lakes here....who knows, we may! This is the only reason to thank God that our lake is as murky as it is!

This is a great background for a picture. It looks like they are deep into an abyss.

Kris was very proud of this shot, so I had to include it in the blog. He worked very hard trying to get this crab to remain still enough for this picture! It turned out great, honey!

What a fun evening we had at the aquarium. The boys are already asking about when they can go back!
